Dear users, due to the large number of phone calls, we are not able to answer all of them, the main reason is that most of the calls ask questions that belong to the sphere of the Help-desk (Technical Support) and require a longer time for a quality answer about technical settings such as software- as well as hardware, and in this way valuable time is taken away from service reception operators who cannot devote themselves to the basic work, which is receiving and issuing devices for service.
